롤파크에서 키움 DRX STAFF를 통한 편지 및 선물 전달
-키움 DRX ZONE(부스) 운영 STAFF에게 전달해 주세요.
-팬미팅 진행 시, 선수에게 직접 전달이 가능합니다.
-팬미팅 미진행 시, 현장 키움 DRX STAFF에게 전달해 주세요.
-편지 및 선물에 수령할 선수의 이름을 반드시 기재해주세요.

키움 DRX 사옥으로 편지 및 선물 배송
-팀 내 규정 상, 선수 생일 및 데뷔 N주년에 한해서만 선물을 수령합니다.
-배송시, 해당 기념일로부터 3일 전에는 사옥에 도착할 수 있도록 미리 배송을 부탁드립니다.
-안전한 수령을 위해 월~금 중 배송이 도착할 수 있도록 부탁드립니다.
-선수 선물은 아래 주소로 보내주시기 바랍니다.

-키움 DRX 사옥으로 직접 편지 및 선물을 전달하는 것은 지양해 주시기 바랍니다.
-배송 전, [email protected] 메일로 관련 내용을 전달해 주시면 선물 확인 및 수령이 수월합니다.
-유통기한이 있는 식음료 및 식물 등과 같이 변질의 우려가 있는 선물은 일절 수령하고 있지 않습니다.

Submission of Letters
-Letters may be submitted to players through staff in the KIWOOM DRX Zone.
-During fan meet-and-greet events, you may deliver your letter directly to the player.
-When the fan meet-and-greet is not in session, please hand your letter to KIWOOM DRX staff.
-Clearly indicate the name of the player to whom you wish to address your letter or gift.

Delivery via Mail or Package
-Under team regulations, gifts are only accepted for players' debut anniversaries and birthdays.
-Please email details regarding the recipient of the letter/gift, a description of the item, and the shipping date to [email protected].
-Upon confirmation from KIWOOM DRX, you will be requested to provide the invoice number.
